What was your first impression when you started working with the company?

The company has a modern approach to logistics. During the first month, I have to admit I felt a little nervous. But from the very first day, everyone welcomed me warmly and offered their support, which made me feel more confident and allowed me to adapt to the work environment very quickly.

How would you describe your experience during these eight months?

Each day has been filled with new challenges in both logistics and coordination. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside colleagues with diverse experiences, and everyone is always willing to lend a hand. This makes the work both enjoyable and engaging, even when faced with constant challenges.

What do you value most about working at UPR?
