Flash Fulfillment is a logistics provider that offers a unique platform combining “warehouse + logistics + internet.”

Established in 2019, this Flash Group affiliate was the first in Thailand to provide smart warehouse and unique logistics services. The company uses UPR’s pallet rental service for its warehouse management.

In this article, we interviewed the company’s warehouse manager, Mr. Baoyi Cui, about why they chose this service and what they think of it.

One-stop logistics solution for e-commerce businesses

Flash Fulfillment offers a complete, one-stop logistics solution for e-commerce businesses. These services range from inspecting product quality to sorting, packing, and shipping. The company uses a smart warehouse system that is integrated with CAINIAO, a leader in advancing robotic technology in Thailand and the ASEAN region.

The company’s core services rely on a team of professionals with over 10 years of experience in the logistics and warehousing industry, along with a specialized technical team. It provides support in up to eight languages, including Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Indonesian, and Lao. With multiple warehouses across Thailand, the company can ship products from the nearest location to the customer, which boosts operational efficiency.

Adopting UPR’s Four-Way Wooden Pallets

The company’s warehouses use far more pallets than typical logistics warehouses. Before adopting UPR’s pallet rental service, the company had issues like pallet shortages and slow procurement.

Selection Criteria for Pallets Used in Flash Fulfillment’s Warehouses

• Size: Must be suitable for standard warehouse use.
• Load Capacity: Less than 1 ton per load.

Based on these two conditions, we selected 4-way wooden pallets.

• Usage: Single-sided with four-way entry.
• Size: 1,000 x 1,200 x 156 mm.
• Material: Hardwood from Thailand.
• Pallet weight: Approximately 25 kg.
• Load capacity: 4.0 tons static load, 1.0 ton dynamic load.
• Compatibility: Works with both hand lifts and forklifts; four-way insertion is possible.

After about a year of using the service, warehouse manager Mr. Baoyi Cui highly praises the quality of UPR’s pallets and the sales staff’s responsiveness.
